What is education law?
Education law combines elements of various fields of law around the issue of learning institutions. It regulates how to establish and operate public or private schools, how to finance such activities, how to examine and certify qualifications, how to hire teachers, etc.
Attorney Mateusz Pilich is one of Poland’s leading experts in this field. Beginning in 2006, he has published and edited Wolters Kluwer Publishers’ widely read commentaries on Polish education laws. He has advised many entities in this field.
