§1[GENERAL PROVISIONS].
- This document defines the Privacy Policy of the website adwokat-pilich.pl, which in particular includes regulations on the protection of personal data and security of other data entered into the Website by the User.
- The Privacy Policy is an integral appendix to the Regulations.
§2[DEFINITIONS].
The terms used in this document mean:
- Administrator –
- Website – the website at adwokat-pilich.pl and all its subpages,
- Parties – Administrator and User,
- User – a natural person who uses the Website and provides his/her personal data within it.
§3[PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION].
- The Administrator is the Personal Data Administrator within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016. (GPDR).
- The Administrator processes data to the extent, time and purposes each time indicated in the content provided under the forms used to collect personal data from the User.
- Personal data will be shared only with the Administrator’s trusted subcontractors, i.e. IT service providers, accounting firm, administration.
§4[USER RIGHTS].
- In case of change of personal data, the User should update it by sending an appropriate message to the Administrator.
- The User has the right to request access to the content of his/her personal data, rectification, deletion and the right to limit its processing. In addition, also the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing, the right to data portability and the right to object to the processing of
- personal data.
- The user has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
- Provision of personal data is voluntary, however, lack of consent to data processing prevents use of the Website.
- The Administrator may refuse to delete the User’s personal data if the preservation of personal data is necessary due to an obligation imposed on the Administrator by law.
§5[TECHNICAL DATA PROTECTION].
- The Administrator shall use all technical and organizational means to ensure the security of the User’s personal data and protect it from accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, modification, unauthorized disclosure or access. The information is stored and processed on high-security servers, with appropriate security measures that meet the requirements of Polish law.
- The Administrator undertakes to store security copies containing the User’s personal data.
- Entrusted data is stored on top-of-the-line equipment and servers in properly secured information storage centers, to which only authorized persons have access.
- The Administrator shall carry out personal data processing activities in compliance with all legal and technical requirements imposed on him by the regulations on personal data protection.
§6[COOKIE POLICY].
- For the convenience of Users, the Website uses cookies, among other things, to adapt the Website to the needs of Users and for statistical purposes. Cookies are small text files sent by a website that an Internet user visits to the Internet user’s device.
- The Website uses two types of cookies: “session cookies” and “permanent” (persistent cookies). ‘Session’ cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User’s terminal device until the User logs out, leaves the website or shuts down the software (web browser). ‘Permanent’ cookies are stored on the User’s end device for the time specified in the parameters of the cookies or until they are deleted by the User.
- We use the following types of cookies on the Website:
- a. “Necessary” – enable the use of services available on the Website, such as those used in handling user authorization,
- b. “Security” – are used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect abuse of the services of the Website,
- c. “Performance” – enable the collection of information about the use of the Service,
- d. “Functional” – enable remembering the User’s selected settings and personalizing the User’s interface, e.g. with regard to the User’s selected language or region of origin, font size, appearance of the Website, etc,
- e. “Advertising” – enable to provide Users with advertising content more tailored to their interests,
- f. “integration” – are related to third-party services used on the Service.
- The Service may use the Hotjar tool, which monitors and records user behavior on the Service. This tool records data regarding user behavior such as navigation, page scrolling, cursor movement. It also collects information about location, device used, operating system, browser or cookies. Hotjar does not collect or store personal information (including personal data) of users. §7[LOGS].
- In accordance with the practice of most websites, we store HTTP requests directed to our server (server logs). Accordingly, we store:
- a. IP addresses from which users browse the information content of our website;
- b. the time of arrival of the request,
- c. the time the response was sent,
- d. the name of the client’s station – identification carried out by the HTTP protocol,
- e. information about errors that occurred during the HTTP transaction,
- f. URL of the page previously visited by the user (referer link),
- g. information about the user’s browser.
- Data collected in logs, data are used only for the purpose of administering the Website.
- The collected logs are kept for an indefinite period of time as auxiliary material for administering the Service. The information contained in them is not disclosed to anyone except those authorized to administer the Service. Based on the log files, statistics may be generated as an aid to administration. Aggregate summaries in the form of such statistics do not contain any identifying characteristics of visitors to the Website.

- A User may contact the Administrator at any time to obtain information about whether and how the Administrator uses his/her personal data.
- The User may also request the Administrator to delete his/her personal data in whole or in a specific part.
