Who are we?
We are a Warsaw law firm specializing in serving educational institutions, businesses and individual clients. We offer comprehensive advice in key areas such as educational, private international, civil and administrative law.
The founder of the firm is Dr. Mateusz Pilich, an experienced attorney and lecturer at the University of Warsaw, who, with his expert knowledge and years of experience, has created a place that provides a professional and individual approach to each case.
Dr. Pilich is particularly proficient in private international law, which is his academic specialty. He is also a well-known expert in Polish education law.

Our history
Our law firm was established thanks to the commitment of Dr. Mateusz Pilich, an experienced attorney and professor at the University of Warsaw, Faculty of Law and Administration. The firm’s founder has unique years of experience: not only academic, but especially practical. As an academic, he has written more than 90 different publications (commentaries on rulings, articles in the legal press up to book monographs and commentaries on laws). He is the winner of the first prize for the best dissertation in the annual State and Law competition (2016). He worked at the Supreme Court for about 18 years, moving from the level of assistant judge in the Civil Chamber to a member of the Office of Studies and Analysis (headed, among other things, the Civil Law Department). He is the country’s most respected education law specialist. He has worked with key institutions such as the Central Teacher Training Center (now the Center for Education Development), the Central Examination Commission and the Institute of Educational Research; he created and later co-wrote and edited commentaries on the most important laws in the field of educational law. Drawing on his knowledge and practice, he created a law firm that has become a trusted partner for clients requiring comprehensive legal support.
